deonna's new workout plan?

the freshman 15 is very real. as a freshman, i had easy access to the DC (our cafeteria) which was buffet-style. all you can eat. no restrictions!! i'd heard the stories of college students gaining weight, but i thought it was all a myth. for me, it's a reality. i gained about 10 pounds over the course of my first year and i don't like it, not one bit!!! with that said, i can't jst sit around on my tush and expect it to come off. so, in a couple hours i will begin my new workout plan, running at the sand dunes 3 times a week. i will be paying close attention to what i eat. if you have any suggestions or weight loss tips, leave it in the comment box. and wish me luck on my journey. =]
